Our story

From one van to a team of six

Built from the ground up

Hammond Property Solutions started with our founder, Lucas Hammond, leaving a career with a central-London estate agent to go out on his own — one man and a van, taking on small property maintenance jobs and doing them properly.

Word spread. Today we're a team of six, with a full-time office administrator, an operations manager and a network of trusted specialist contractors. We still look after our estate-agent partners' day-to-day maintenance — and we now deliver full renovations, loft conversions, extensions and high-end bathrooms across London & Essex.

We're not the cheapest contractor you'll find, and we don't try to be. What we offer is a premium service from first quote to final handover: clear communication, a high standard of work, and quick turnaround times you can rely on.
